1. The registration fee is non-refundable and MUST be paid within 72 HOURS upon registration.

2. Payment must be made in only ONE transaction.
3. E-confirmation slip will be sent after payment is made.

4. Participants are abided by the rules and regulations of the Faculty of Medicine and University of Malaya Medical Centre.

5. UM MEDSOC and the organizer of the Pre-Medical Student Workshop UM 2018 shall treat all information held as confidential and shall not disclose any information in relation to the participants to any other third party.
6. UM MEDSOC and the organizer of the Pre-Medical Student Workshop UM 2018 reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time for legal, regulatory or policy reasons without prior notice.
7. By purchasing a ticket, you are agreeing to our terms and conditions.

To secure your ticket, please settle your payment for the ticket WITHIN 72 HOURS once you have submitted the Ticket Reservation form. (An email will be sent to you once you have submitted the form and the 72 HOURS golden time will be started based on the time stated in the email.)
